DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We charge according to the weight of your package. For orders under 22kg, we mainly use Australia post. For orders larger than 22kg, we use T.N.T., however some packages under 22kg can be sent by T.N.T. You can determine your shipping cost at the checkout page, and all options will be shown based off of your order. Please read these carefully and choose the right method.


We do NOT  ship via Australia post for orders over 22kg, ship via T.N.T. within Western Australia for orders under 22kg, or ship over 100kg via any shipping method, so please do not choose these options.

We strive to ship your order within two business days. 

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL DROP OFF?

Yes, we offer local drop off within the Perth Metropolitan Area. We have a flat rate of $15 for any order. This service is offered according to our availability and when we have a car within the area. This is usually within three business days. We prefer not to leave packages unattended - so for this reason, we will call you the day before we intend to deliver the package to ensure you are home and inform you that it will be delivered.

Yes. Please contact us to arrange this before purchasing.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Western Australia

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping: 2-4 Business Days

  • Australia Post Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days

  • T.N.T. Road Express: 1-2 Business Days

  • T.N.T. Overnight Express: 1-2 Business Days


Rest of Australia

  • Australia Post Standard Shipping: 5-6 Business Days

  • Australia Post Express Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

  • T.N.T. Road Express: 3-7 Business Days 

  • T.N.T. Overnight Express: 1-2 Business Days 

Typically, metro areas will take a shorter amount of time. Please allow more time for country areas (eg. expect a later day during the given period).

These times are only an estimate - Mobilyta is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

For incorrect sizing or change of mind, we offer a 7 day exchange period. The items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the return postage will be paid at your own expense, through the same method that it was delivered. If you would like to arrange an exchange, please contact us with your order number and what you would like to exchange the products for. We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing or change of mind. 

For faulty items, we will offer a replacement item or full refund at your discretion. The postage will be at our expense. Should your item be faulty, please contact us with your order number so we can arrange your reimbursement. 

DO YOU OFFER BULK DISCOUNTS?

Yes, but at our discretion. Please contact us if you would be interested in arranging this.

ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We do offer an account option for entities who cannot pay via credit card or Paypal. To arrange this, please contact us and we will discuss the arrangements. Accounts are available only at the discretion of Mobilyta.
